Job Description:
Team member will be a member of an ML product development and will play the role of a Business Analyst
• Strong hold on Customer and Marketing analytics in Retail domain
• Understanding/Experience of ARTS Retail data model
• Experienced in requirement gathering from clients
• Extensive stakeholder management including clients and data teams
• Good problem solving skills, SQL knowledge, data analysis.
• Ability to story tell key findings to stakeholders. Strong ability to communicate technical and data concepts to non-technical audiences, and business concepts to technical audiences
• Critical thinking abilities to take complex, ambiguous, abstract requirements and break them into smaller components
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal communication and business writing skills
• Strong relationship building and facilitation skills
• Ability to conceptualize and think creatively
• Business Analysis with the SDLC
