Responsible for conducting research and root cause analysis for customers with the goal of recommending and implementing new processes and solutions to problems. Resolve any issues and improve operational performance on a cross-functional/departmental basis.
Responsible for collecting, tracking, analyzing and trending data; may conduct data mining using call survey results and make recommendations for actions/solutions.
Review and follow-up on data reporting for internal and external sources
Identify and communicate business needs as necessary
Participate in various internal and external project workgroups.
Assist in creating forecasting tools using current technology/systems (Access, Excel, Monarch, etc.).
May prepare materials for internal and external audit activities.
Participate in User Acceptance testing (UAT) for projects, implementations, system fixes and enhancements, etc.

Job Description
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work experience:
Two (2)+ years’ experience in an operational role, or analytical role.
Specialized knowledge/skills:
Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft Office products including Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.
Team Player, Strong Analytical, and Interpersonal Skills
