Job Description:15-20 yearsRequired Skills: UK/Indian/APAC Business Consulting / Solutioning predominantly with leading Non-Life (P&C) insurance • Hands on understanding of the US insurance products, operations and processes, industry trends, best practices and overview of regulatory/compliance issues • A strong understanding and background in IT services, insurance technology solutions, account mining and operational improvement are essential. • As a leader in our insurance vertical, the candidate must bring in experience, insight, and credibility in insurance domain. • Excellent problem solving, communication, team and client management skills are essential. This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to mobilize, build and motivate teams, a strong sense of personal initiative and demonstrated capabilities of being a thought leader. • Candidates must be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders, and must be persuasive and influential. Should be able to conceptualize, analyze, and present solutions in the insurance domain.
