The Role The Consultant, Business Analysis will apply their consulting, analysis, and domain skills to deliver the best outcomes for our clients, their participants. The Client Data Analyst is a key member of the Health & Welfare (HW) Platform Migrations team that services clients. The role provides for the ability to work in a growing Health & Welfare offering, access to scalable technology while continually enhancing your knowledge of the Health & Welfare benefits administration landscape.
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
3+ years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience.
3+ years of professional experience with demonstrated competence, depth, and breadth Prior client implementation and\or platform migration experience a plus Prior data analytics and data exchange (inbound and outbound files) experience Experience in Agile preferred, but not required Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Ability to independently manage one’s own workload Regulatory and legislative knowledge in aligned service area Understanding of benefits administration systems
