Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *
Minimum 7 + years of experience as a System Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Must have worked in Agile Methodology and Scrum based Teams. Must have experience in working closely with Technical Delivery and Quality Assurance Teams including doing User story walkthroughs and performing Acceptance Criteria validations , UAT and Pre-Prod Validations.
Must be comfortable with all Sprint Ceremonies - Planning , Refinement and Sprint Demos.
Regular interactions with Product / Business / Stakeholders in understanding , gathering, reviewing Business Requirements
Excellent hands on in writing low level user stories , defining EPICS , defining Acceptance Criteria and Test criterias based on business needs and priorities
Excellent hands on in creating User Mocks , defining and presenting Use Case Flows / Models
Hands on Technical Skills required - SQL Query for simple to medium complex querying of data across database tables , comfortable with any sort of RDBMS (like SQL Server , MySql , Oracle , Maria DB) , UML or MS VISIO
Hands on knowledge of Software Products - JIRA ( or Rally) , PowerPoint
Should be familiar and participate in low level Product / feature testing including UAT , track and retest Defects and provide Acceptance Criteria Validation Signoffs
Mandatory Experience with technology projects and understanding of system platforms / programming languages like JAVA Webservices , API development , UI development.
Preferable experience with any of the FBM product / Tools ( Financial Business Planning ) , Financial Accounting Products or Project Budgeting concepts like - Project Forecast , Budget , Program level planning and accounting.
Preferable experience in financial modeling and strong PowerPoint presentation capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details,abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal clients to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
