Job Description :
Experience in requirements gathering and documenting
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Should be knowledgeable and have worked with SDLC methodology & support model.
Should have prior experience in designing and documenting solutions.
Should have performed unit & integration testing & any automation testing tools is plus.
Ability to quickly troubleshoot, debug and identify root cause of issues or customer queries.
Ability to effectively communicate with cross functional groups
Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as much as possible
Experience reporting to management
Experience working with clients directly
