• Expertise in content management space – with functional knowledge of leading CMS ( should have worked in AEM based projects)
• Good understanding on business user tools to manage the site content
• Understanding of components, workflows and RWD based site design
• Experience in interacting with creative agencies and business users to discuss the requirements
• Experience with agile tools like JIRA for requirements management
• Experience of close working with customer product owners for requirements elicitation and documentation
• Ability to create use cases / functional specification documents
• Ability to review the test cases

Job Duties:
· Identify and document business requirements.
· Meet with business clients, subject matter experts and project management staff to gather requirements info, discuss possible alternatives, and come to decisions on development.
· Create mapping documents used by programmers to show where specific information will come from and where it will be populated to.
· Provide status of projects to Project Managers.
· Convert business requirements into IT terms.
· Requirement issues logging and resolution.
· Provide input on process improvements.
· Create adjunct data to document required data transformations, etc.
