Required Skills: ERP, Procure to pay, order to cash, data conversion
 
Intake and Requirements
  • Work with Business Leads to define the problem.
  • Work with Business Leads and SMEs to document business rules, business requirements, process flows, user stories and other project artifacts.
  • Identify system gaps.
  • Good experience in gathering business requirements around data conversions from a legacy application to new ERP system.
  • Should have at least 2-3 transactional data (Purchase orders, Sales orders, Inventory, Credit Memo's etc.) conversion project experience in an ERP implementation.
  • Good understanding around O2C, P2P and various data elements needed in conversion of transactional data and other master data in ERP is preferred.
  • Should have experience in doing data mapping and defining business requirements around ETL to extract data from legacy applications and load into new ERP.
Design and Build
  • Assist QA team with development of test scenarios and expected results.
  • Assist with the development and validation of training materials.
  • Prepare and help deliver business process workshops and business process validation sessions.
  • Attending project meetings
  • Complete activities and deliverables per project plan
  • Help track completion of system gaps.
  • Recommend solutions to the business in the capacity of a trusted advisor.
  • Understand dependencies with other systems.
Required:
  • Ability to lead meetings, including preparation, agenda, execution, notes, follow-up.
  • Ability to gather and document business, functional or data conversion requirements.
  • Experience creating process flow diagrams using Visio.
  • Knowledge of business processes at least one of O2C, Inventory, P2P, R2R.
  • Ability to review test cases.
  • 6-7 years of experience as a BA
  • ERP background
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools
Data Conversion BAs
  • Experience with ERP master data (Customers, Suppliers & Items)
  • Experience with P2P, O2C and /or inventory module
  • Ability to map current state and future state of data.
  • Experience creating business requirements around data transformation and data profiling.
  • Experience with ETL Tools like SSIS.
  • Experience assisting with testing scenarios
