Business Analyst – P&C Insurance
Location : Charlotte, NC or Florham Park, NJ or Purchase, NY or Conshohocken, PA
Duration : Contract
Key requisites:
• Confident in stakeholder interviews and interactions
• Good requirements gathering & presentation skills
• Extensive knowledge of P&C insurance commercial lines/Speciality lines in either policy administration or claims functions, with hands on experience in Agents/Customer Portals and business processes
• Strong proficiency in English language, including verbal and written
Must have :
Should have experience in WEB Portals
1. Knowledge of business operations across underwriting, policy admin and claims for Insurance preferably commercial lines and agile based implementations for Portals In USA.
2. Business analysis skills to document and close requirements/use cases//business requirements documents/functional specification documents/ product back logs
3. Extensive knowledge of P&C commercial lines policy administration & claims related business processes & workflow design/ business process reengineering & improvements
4. Knowledge and awareness of various technologies utilized in insurance domain
5. Agile methodology, deliverables as relevant for requirements gathering/business analysis/functional analysis.
6. Ability to work independently
7. Good presentation skills
8. Ability to provide solution/support for RFI/RFPs
