Job Description :
  •  Custodian of service request process from end to end. Collaborate with business and the Information Technology (IT) Department to determine the objective of service requests to facilitate implementation of new or improved processes/systems, and resolution of issues
• Strong skillset to gather requirements and document business processes 
• Experience writing Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Test plans, and Test cases 
• Database experience with Oracle/MS SQL Server 
• MS tools skills – Outlook, Word, Visio, and should be especially familiar with Excel. 
• Keen attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Expert knowledge of SDLC
