Business Analyst with experience and expertise in the management of the processes for technical changes and subsequent releases to enterprise applications, systems, or platforms to occupy a Position of Business Analyst in support of OTS’s technology procurement efforts.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Enterprise Change Management
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Enterprise Release Management

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
ITIL v3 framework for IT Service Management (ITSM)with a Foundation certification level at a minimum
Enterprise documentation creation
ITSM applications (i.e. Remedy, ServiceNow, Ivanti Service Manager, etc

Full Description:

Manage the change management lifecycle including representing changes to change approval authorities and documenting the results and decisions from the approval authorities
Participate including potentially leading the activities of a production release following OTS release management practices
Complete required change and release management lifecycle tasks including the creation and delivery of required change management documentation in preparation for presenting to change approval authorities
Consult with OTS vertical/functional leadership on change management and release management tasks within their respective organizational assignments
Assist OTS governance leaders in reviewing metrics associated with change and release management
