Experience implementing a Contract Lifecycle Mgt (CLM) application (e.g. iCertis, Apttus, Steel Brick) ? Experience working in a software subscription business model ? Strong functional domain knowledge in the above areasAbility to understand business requirements and translate to IT syst ? em designs ?
