Job Description: Please note- a local candidate is required for this role.

 • Analysts with insurance and business knowledge, responsible for requirements management, high level solution design and implementation support.

• Maintains high level understanding of application and systems components and integration.

• Acts as liaison between business people who have a business problem and technology people who know how to create automated solutions.  Participates on business teams in performing need assessments and work flow analysis, business case construction, businesses process design and optimization activities.

• Gathers details, and documents business requirements in a format that is useful to the technical developers.

• Verifies that all requirements are testable and generates testing objectives.

• Participates in design reviews.

• Participates in UAT process.

 

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or Engineering and 5 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area

OR • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area

AND • Process reengineering, e.g. LEAN/Six Sigma, Continuous improvement methodologies

• Process modeling tools

• Business Systems Integration
