Job Details
· Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for various business processes.
· Analyze business operations and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
· Create clear, concise PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
· Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices.
