Job Description:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in banking, preferably in treasury or finance operations.
Strong experience in TBSM (Treasury Balance & Cash Management) systems and related processes.
Expertise in data mapping, ETL processes, and data transformations.
Proficiency in Spark SQL and/or other SQL frameworks for querying and transforming large datasets.
Understanding of financial data structures, general ledger, and balance reporting.
Experience creating detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and test cases.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Exposure to Big Data environments and distributed computing.
Familiarity with banking regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
Knowledge of additional tools like Informatica, Databricks, or other ETL platforms
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for treasury and balance management processes.
Understand and interpret complex financial data, including TBSM (Treasury Balance & Cash Management) systems, and reconcile with source systems.
Design, document, and validate data mappings, ETL processes, and transformations to ensure accurate reporting and analytics.
Write, review, and validate Spark SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation.
Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new data workflows or enhancements to existing processes.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), QA validation, and issue resolution for treasury-related applications.
Partner with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented in line with business needs.
Maintain and update documentation for business rules, data flows, and system interfaces.
