Experience in SOAP, RESTful API architecture - Not looking for an architect someone who’s familiar with Restful APIs and has worked them.
Familiarity with Data formats – JSON and XML – Familiar with JSON, won’t be overwhelmed if they had to peruse a JSON file and had to relay something back to Technology team by leveraging it.
Experience in Postman Tool – This is required.
User stories authoring techniques – Should know what a USER Story is and be able to write one in Jira (Of course w/guidance from others in the Product team)
Experience using Visio, Jira, Confluence tool – Jira familiarity and having worked in it, should suffice.
Strong know-how of Agile ceremonies – Should have been part of or familiar with Agile ceremonies, it’s aligned with Jira knowhow. It’s unlikely that if the candidate has been working in Jira that they won’t be familiar with Agile ceremonies.
Familiar with healthcare vocabulary standards, OAuth2.0 (Mandatory), FHIR – OAuth familiarity will be very helpful, lot of the issues are in/around this space and the successful candidate will really benefit from knowing this
