Job Description:
Purpose: The Windows 10 Migration will cover over 20,000 OS migrations over the course of 12 months. This role will be solely responsible for keeping the source of truth for the migration data.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate resolution and communication of cross-organization decisions, standards, and issues
Understand the operational impact of project based change, and the readiness activities on behalf of the business unit to support implementation as well as the status of those change activities
Understand the business needs being met by the project based change, inclusive of business priority, market-driven factors for that demand, other compliance-based characteristics Drive program level communication to external constituencies concerning overall plan, strategy and status of program objectives
Manage cross-project dependencies Provide primary liaison to portfolio team concerning program goals, timing, resourcing requirements and program status
Drive business case modification as necessary based on changes to program/project scope
Maintain and manage the migration data and status for the Windows 10 Program.
Strong data analytical skills is a must and critical to the success of the project.
Publish and communicate status on a Sharepoint Site or on a PowerBI Dashboard
Create and maintain all program level document templates per RA standards (Communication Plan, Stakeholder List, Budget, Project Scope and Charter
DocumentSkills, Knowledge, Experience and Education Bachelors Degree in computer science, management information systems or related field Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in creating and management Microsoft Sharepoint sites and/or PowerBI dashboards
Excellent data analytic skills is a must
Ability to create compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations
Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas
Legal authorization to work in the US is required
Ability to adapt to and assist colleagues through change and support change management processes
