JOB ROLE:BMO Support Analyst JOB LOCATION: Chicago ILL JOB Duration: 12Months Basic roles and responsibilities: Perform system analysis for upcoming changes/projects for US retail branch applications. Create detailed project reports including cost estimates from various teams and obtain management approval for various development projects. Act as backup for L3 support for application in use for US retail branches, call centers. This includes Incident Management, working with various stakeholders and meet SLA timelines for issue resolution. Coordinate with team and create weekly dashboards for US retail branch applications in scope. Coordinate maintenance related change activities for the application. This include password resets, certificate renewals etc. QA testing, change implementation and support. Coordinate Vulnerability patching for the application servers. Willing to work off hours, weekends for change implementation. Eligibility: Production support experience in Java/J2EE, Oracle database, Websphere application server and RedHat Linux Servers. Experience in Service-oriented architecture and various interface techniques, communication protocols between components. Good Communication Skills Working Knowledge of Project Planning and Project Management Skills Understanding of Issue Resolution & Triage Process.
