Job Description :
Title: Blockchain product manager
Location: Tampa, Florida (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Implementation Partner: Infosys
End Client: To be disclosed
 
JD:  
The person has to have STRONG Blockchain & Protocol Knowledge
Strong understanding of general blockchain architecture:
Consensus mechanisms (e.g., PoS, PoW, PoA)
Block production, finality, forks
Account vs UTXO models
Familiarity with validator/miner roles, staking mechanics, slashing, and reward distribution
Awareness of network upgrades and their impact on data (e.g., protocol changes affecting state, history, or metrics)
Technical Product Ownership
Capable of writing detailed feature requirements stories and technical specs for user stories
Understands how to define data pipelines and data indexing strategies
Experience collaborating with engineers on ingestion, storage, and query layers for blockchain data
Communication & Collaboration
Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders — translating protocol-level complexity into user-oriented features
Skilled at iterative delivery, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap communication
Experience working cross-functionally with frontend/backend engineers' teams
Bonus Qualifications
Familiarity with on-chain/off-chain indexing techniques and data providers (e.g., The Graph, BigQuery, Dune, custom ETLs)
Hands-on with data analysis tools, like SQL skills
Understanding of compliance/audit/reporting frameworks in crypto data products
