Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Blockchain Protocols and Cryptographic Principles.
- Extensive knowledge of digital currencies, Crypto ETFs, Fungible and Non-fungible tokens, Stable Coins, DeFi assets.
- Experience with tokenization, smart contracts, zero-knowledge proofs, and multi-signature wallets.
- Awareness of financial regulations related to cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
- Proficiency in Blockchain security protocols and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1400).
- Knowledge of DeFi, DAO, and Automated Market Makers (AMM).
- Experience in the banking or financial sector.
- Understanding of digital asset custodianship.
- Experience with off-chain technologies and platforms including public cloud services- AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Experience with relational databases, modern programming languages, and streaming/integration technologies (RPC/gRPC, KAFKA, MQ, REST APIs).
- Working experience with on-chain and off-chain integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Certification in blockchain technology or related areas.
- Proven track record of successful blockchain projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
