• 5 years of experience in data management as a BI Developer/Data Analyst in various business domains
• Expertise in end to end to BI solution development for analytical needs and actionable insights for driving business growth
• Expertise in data modeling techniques and extracting data from cubes and various other sources using excel, power pivot, PBI.
• Fluent communication and able to drive conversations with stakeholders collecting the data needs and preparing the insights content to drive exec reviews.
• Experience with analyzing weekly/monthly data and predict the usage patterns and suggest insights to business stakeholders.
• Strong Data visualization skills thru excel, dashboards, reports, executive ready PowerPoint decks with analytical story building knowledge.
• Expertise in tech stack including data modeling, relational DB, ETL tools (SSIS), reporting (PBI, Excel)
• 5+ years of working experience in MSBI technologies (SQL, SSIS, Power BI)
• Exposure on Azure is preferred
• Experience handling onsite, off shore teams, interacting regularly and managing the onsite projects with offshore execution in a timely manner.
• Multitasking capabilities and ability to handle multiple workstreams and day to day interactions with stakeholders answering ad hoc data questions and insights with quick turnaround time.
• Able to project manage and handle data workstreams independently.
