Job Description :

· The Batch Support Analyst would need to have at least 5 years of experience in maintaining and executing enterprise batch job using Automic Workload Automation tool

· The candidate will be involved in the analysis and support of batch application testing of mainframe and midrange batch components in integrated environments and production support activities in a production environment

General Overview:

· Identify the root cause by working with developers and look at configurations to determine recommendation back to the developer team

· Level of understanding to assess logs and determine the cause of the error

· Experience using Automic workload automation or related batch job scheduler required Ideally 3-5 of related experience

· Experience with batch jobs configuration and execution using Automic Workload automation

· Look for opportunities to batch triggers.
