Job Description:



We are working with top Tallahassee employer who has an immediate need to add a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience. This position is a short-term contract role working on-site in Tallahassee, FL for approximately 2-4 mos. with possible extension. Remote work is not an option for this role.



The focus of this role will be to help document the existing process and then transition to defining the future process for the use of Salesforce. The role will be to look at implementing Salesforce as it is configured with very limited customizations required (end result will be 90% configuration as is with only 10% customization for their enterprise




Work location: on site in Tallahassee, FL
Work Hours: 40 hours/week, standard 8 am – 5 pm eastern time.




The successful candidate must have the following experience to be considered:




Minimum of 8 years of experience using Salesforce, or has a Salesforce Administrator certificate;
Must have specific knowledge in Sales and Service Clouds;
Preference is for someone with experience using MySoft and FileMaker;
Must be a good communicator who is comfortable "asking questions" from both users and stakeholders; and
Experience with documenting the findings from the requirements gathering phase and translating them into actionable items.
