Customer Success – Technical Program Manager
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can partner with Cloud Solution Architects and Cloud Solution Managers globally to unlock business potential for our customers to identify issues preventing smooth deployment and adoption of customer cloud solutions. In this role, the Technical Program Manager will closely partner, collaborate and influence the appropriate engineering teams to identify key opportunities to improve the cloud platform services to drive customer consumption and utilization of the cloud offerings. This team helps engineering teams gather intelligence on customer requirements to help the teams innovate and provide the best experience for our customers.

Job qualifications:
Proven customer focus and ability to translate the business needs, architecture and artifacts gathered and translated to platform needs
Excellent verbal and written communication
Actively seeks information, tests assumptions and is able to shift approach in response to the demands of the changing situation
Global, cross group collaboration, including influencing without authority
Technical depth and experience with Azure Data, AI, or Azure Apps, Infrastructure and distributed systems design
Ability to translate customer requirements and scenarios into features
Ability to collaborate and work with multiple partners and teams
Experience using data to drive prioritization and measure progress
Experience creating alignment with a broad community of stakeholders
(Required) Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in a technical role
(Required) 5+ years of program or product management experience where your primary responsibilities involved the design of software features working closely with an engineering team

Job responsibilities:
As a Technical Program Manager on our team, you will have direct and clear impact on our products and customers. In this role, you will:
Review and analyze customer and field feedback trends to identify top issues
Collaborate with Customer Success Architects and /or Customer Success Managers to gather customer architectures, requirements, and technical feedback related to the field customer engagements.
Validate feedback data from field customer engagements to identify platform improvement opportunities.
Research and validate the external factors that would influence a decision to incorporate or fix the platform to meet the business needs.
Present platform change opportunities to executives based on customer business requirements, ROI, and other criteria and influence product roadmaps.
Track and communicate progress regarding agreement and proposed changes to executives
