Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Azure Kubernetes Service consultant to join our growing team. The candidate should be well-equipped with various methods and tools to support Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) clusters.
The candidate should have strong working skills in Azure and the ability to automate some of the manual tasks. This role also demands familiarity on Power Shell, JSON, Azure Resource Manager templates and Azure CLIs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform AKS Versioning upgrades
Create, upgrade and deploy AKS cluster
Check and apply the latest Kubernetes security patches
Perform version compatibility checks between Kubernetes clients and servers
Automate / manually scale nodes in AKS cluster
Requirements
Should have working knowledge on:
o Azure Command Line Tools (Azure CLI)
o Azure Container Registry
o Azure Kubernetes Service
o Azure Resource Manager templates
o Power shell scripting
o KUBECTL commands
Nice to have working experience on
o Azure Infrastructure Automation
o Azure Cluster Auto Scaler
o Azure Infrastructure-as-a-Service
o Docker Image
Education and Certifications
Any Azure certification candidate will be preferred
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field
