Azure Devops, EDH, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AKS, EKS, Monitoring Tools
- Azure Infrastructure management (Paas, Iaas), Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL database, Azure Synapse, Postgres, Networking
- Manage Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD Code management and enhancements.
- Infrastructure as Code (IAC) scripting management and enhancements.
- Develop new IaaS/PaaS services in partnership with EDH.
- Provide 24x7 on-call support for high priority incidents/alerts.
- Create Service Now change control tasks as needed for cloud infrastructure configuration changes.
- Attend Client's Change Advisory Board (CAB) sessions as needed for change control approvals.
- Respond and resolve Service Now tickets for alerts and incidents related to EDH architecture.
- Respond and resolve Service Now (IT help desk) tickets related to EDH architecture.
- Validate infrastructural changes in higher environments after each release.
- Participate in twice-yearly Disaster Recovery testing of EDH Azure environment.
- Implement and validate code fixes and configuration changes to resolve issues.
- Manage cluster configurations in Databricks for all Databricks workspaces.
- Perform upgrades and patching as needed for EDH Azure servers.
- Participate in Client's agile ceremonies as needed.
- Record Keeping/Documentation of configuration items.
- Perform root cause analysis on production incidents.
You'll have (Qualification & Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
