Hands on development experience in .net/Java programming language
Proficiency with GitHub or Gitlab
Proficiency with any CI|CD tool example Jenkins, GitHub runners
Proficiency with developing pipelines
Good knowledge of Kubernetes, Splunk & helm charts
Good understanding of Docker & Containerized applications
Knowledge on Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
Onsite Offshore Coordination
Organizing kick-offs for migrations of applications from On-Prem to Cloud (AZURE/AWS)
Ability to follow standardized steps for migration factory
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work well effectively with team-members with effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge on writing yaml, Terraform, Ansible
