REQUIREMENT:
Must Have Having an experience of 4 to 5 in software development testing or operations
Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
Strong analytical problem solving and decisi on making skills
Knowledge of CI CD pipelines Build process Creating the pipelines Investigation and troubleshooting
Solid experience in Investigation and troubleshooting on a dynamically changing environment
Knowledge of automation s cripting technologies like PowerShell etc
Knowledge in SQL Able to write Simple Queries
Knowledge in Cloud Services Concepts 24 7 support
Good to Have Knowledge in Microsoft Builds and its components such as Source Control TFVC git WIT
Build Test Deployment and Azure DevOps Portal
Knowledge in PowerShell or any programming language
Knowledge in PowerBI Building Reports Using Visualization
Experience in driving service performance availability and support ability improvements
Demonstrated experience with service telemetry alert configurations and monitoring
Knowledge in setting up system Monitoring health and fine tuning the configuration as required
Ability to work independently with minim al supervision

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Effective polished interaction with customer to gather information
Quickly explain customer responsibilities in resolving.
