Job Title: Azure Database Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX / Charlotte, NC / Mclean, VA / NYC, NY (Onsite)
Job Description:-
Must to have

Must have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience as Data engineer in cloud transformation projects.
Design and develop normalized relational database schema in Azure SQL MI to support data analysis requirements.
Conduct data analysis on raw data of resources and Azure SQL MI to ensure data completeness and accuracy
Experience in setting up Cloud SQL Managed instance (SQL MI)
Hands on experience in Schema design, optimization, Stored procedure and SQL Jobs
Hands on experience in setting up resource monitors, Role Based Access controls, Query performance tuning, Setting up IAM policies.
Experience in Data Migration from on-premises RDBMS to Cloud SQL Managed Instances (SQL MI)
Good understanding on SQL MI Security
Good understanding on Relational and Non-SQL databases SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Experience in Cloud data storage (Ex. Blob, S3)

Nice to have:

Experience in Data pipeline development, ETL/ELT
Understand end data requirements such as reporting requirements (such as PowerBI)
Understanding on setting DWH Concepts
Certification in one or more of the following areas:

DP-200: Implementing Azure Data solution
DP-201: Designing Azure Data Solution
Azure DevOps ( AZ-400 ) Certified
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate

Experience in DevOps/DevSecOps practices to enable continuous integration and deployment of the data solution
