Note: Someone who has on-prem network experience but now has been working on AWS will be good. Primary: Hands-on operational experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS AWS Certification a strong plus Proficient with deployment and management of AWS networking services - including but not limited to: VPC, IGW, TGA, NSG, NACL Proficient in Route 53 Good to have: Understanding of WAN routing and connectivity, including MPLS, P2P networks and VPN Proficient Infoblox Demonstrated proficiency in network administration in large datacenter environment DNS/DHCP, Load Balancing (F5 Networks, AWS ELB), Firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco ASA), IDS/IPSIn-depth knowledge of and experience implementing dynamic IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS) Network latency analysis, performance monitoring and troubleshooting skills Focusing on continuous improvement of implementation practices and tools Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) in both physical and virtual environments Configure firewall rules, IPS, routing, and VPNs. Test and monitor connectivity and network performance in major CSP environment and external connections (both physical and VPN Troubleshoot network issues Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations Knowledge of Fortigate/Fortinet firewalls, preferably in both physical and virtual environments
