The Team: Our architecture team works across the organization to set and execute on our technology strategy. We work closely with delivery teams, business partners, and technology leadership around the firm to develop plans and roadmaps that support our business goals.
Job Role:
Looking for a strategic technical resource who can push things from an enterprise level. Previous client experience would be a big plus. The majority of the work is in a Cloud / AWS environment. Hoping to find someone with a well-rounded technical background. Soft skills – excellent communication skills, someone who is concise, always keeps an eye on the big picture. We are currently sourcing for a Systems Architect to work in Healthcare Group in Smithfield, RI.

As an architect you will be responsible for advancing our strategic vision, direction, and design/delivery for the technology supporting our businesses. This includes driving innovation and architecture strategies and roadmaps across our organization. Responsible for designing, development oversight, vendor evaluation, and recommendations for solutions in alignment with strategic blueprints. Provide leadership/mentorship to the business and technology areas delivering architecture, design, and development of reusable capabilities across multiple products. Steward and govern the currency and alignment of our platforms in terms of both lifecycle management and longer-term strategy.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical field
8+ years of technology experience in software development and architecture
Demonstrable experience in proposing blueprints and roadmaps, and collaboratively defining solutions and their enabling architectures
Experience in communicating and managing technology strategy and blueprint compliance
Familiarity with Client’s businesses – notably benefits administration and healthcare – is a plus
Global experience and working across multiple time zones a plus
