As an AVP, Quality Engineering Manager you?ll serve as a strong and versatile hands on technical leader. Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET?s) working in Agile model supporting Cash and Asset Management delivery teams to achieve consistent, predictable, high quality releases by implementing common practices, tools, metrics, automation frameworks and oversight and delivering high quality solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative and rapidly changing environment.
Manage resources across different geographical locations and offshore vendors
Work as a leader/trainer in a large, complex QA organization, with a demonstrated ability to implement scalable automation solutions
Provide end-to-end, performance testing guidance, oversight and resourcing for defined, funded initiatives
Drive innovative testing solutions within a complex, Enterprise Platform
Educate team with Security, Accessibility scans / testing, PLSQL
Provide guidance and strategy on testing AI/ML powered applications / Bots
Attract, hire, empower and develop the best engineers
Driving quality metrics to improve customer quality
Drive release efficiency, reduce regression cyle time, and time to market

Requirements:
Bachelors / Masters in computer science or related field
8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and management roles
8+ years of hands-on experience in development (Java, Javascript, C#, or any other object-oriented programming language), execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts
Demonstrated ability to define drive and communicate strategy and vision and influence across the organization is essential
Experience with Jenkins, Bamboo, GIT, SVN, Bit bucket, TFS, Code Linters, Code Scanners, Code Coverage tools, Selenium Web Driver and grid/ Watir, cucumber, NUNIT/JUNIT/TESTNG, etc.
Hands-on experience with Web services virtualization, mocking and stubbing, API test automation, UI automation
Experience with creating dashboards/ providing insights on quality to the larger organization.
Understanding and implementation of CI/CD/Dev Ops practices, lean methodologies
Experience with Agile and Kanban Development Practices
