Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have • RSA IGL – Aveksa • RSA Datareach • ServiceNow • SQL Developer • Wlidfly Server Good-to-Have • Java J2EE • AWS/Azure Cloud • Ansible Key responsibilities Three to Five years of experience in administering and supporting Aveksa • Development of new capabilities within IGL, Workflows and Usage of APIs • Development of complex queries/SQL • Java experience/J2EE framework • ETL Development/ Knowledge of XML file structure • Datareach configuration, Datareach upgrades and Infrastructure Upgrades • Development of agents to collect data from new DB types • Aveksa version upgrades (Review vendor release patch updates & Asses) • Product issue resolution, Vendor Coordination/ providing necessary data/Drive Troubleshooting call • Address security vulnerabilities • Knowledge on incident management process. • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate will be to administering and supporting Aveksa & development of new capabilities 2 Candidate will participate in on-going implementation and operational activities and work in highly collaborative team environment to deliver privileged management capabilities for the global Technology organization using a deliverables-based approach 3 This role works closely with Information Security to deliver effective privileged management tools, processes and best practices.
