Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience implementing, programming, developing, and supporting Avaya Experience Portal. We are looking for someone who has experience with this specific Avaya product (not just other Avaya experience) to help our company and team continue to develop and deploy Avaya Experience Portal to our enterprise. The ideal candidate will train our team on implementing Avaya Experience Portal using best practices, and will help absorb some of the additional workload that comes from the administration and management of it.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, build/code, test and maintain scalable and stable Avaya Experience Portal application to meet business requirements and specifications.
2. Act as a subject matter expert for Avaya Experience Portal Application Software developers and Engineers.
3. Contribute to the entire implementation process including driving the definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements.
4. Meet with Business to understand business needs and requirements.
5. Responsible for developing solution design
6. Design, build/code and test applications using Avaya Experience Portal and Orchestration Designer Tool
7. Provide post-production deployment support and service, performance tuning, and expansion of the system
Qualifications:
· Avaya Experience Portal (Required)
· Strong working knowledge of Avaya Experience Portal, Avaya Orchestration Designer, Eclipse, JAVA, VoiceXM
· 3+ years of related experience.
· Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
