Job Role: Performance Tester Job Location : SFO,CA Duration: 12+ months contract Job Description Who are we looking for? A mid- level Performance Tester to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications. Technical Skills: BDD Automation Engineer / QE Experience 3.5 to 6 years Experience in performance Testing for website and web applications. Understanding of performance requirements gathering Create performance test plan Create performance test cases / scripts using LoadRunner Execute Performance tests as per client requirements Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks and report to the client Nice to have Experience with profiling tools like Dynatrace/AppDynamics Experience with VSTS Web Test Tool Experience with Fiddler/HTTP Watch Process Skills: Good command over the Quality processes & Estimation skills. Experience in working onsite-offshore model projects. Testing Background experience required. Behavioral Skills: Should be a good individual and team player and quick learner. Should be able to deliver tasks independently. Should be able to mentor team and take ownership of deliver.
