Job Description :

QA Lead

Understand database structure and how to retrieve information using MYSQL or SQLServer

Understand Customer business requirements to foresee potential issues, provide input on functional requirements and advise on design

Define and execute test scripts, evaluate results against predicted outcomes

Have the ability to effectively communicate risks for mitigation and defects for swift resolution

Participate in, and eventually lead onsite testing of software with related distribution center functional groups and mechatronics

Participate in, and lead Customer end-user training as related to the standard operating of the software tested

Support Dematic's Customer Service center with trouble-shooting root cause to expedite resolution

Be willing to take ownership of testing excellence for optimal project execution
