Job Overview:
We are seeking a NFR Automation Lead with expertise in AWS, Python, SQL/NoSQL, and a basic understanding of ETL, Spark, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Terraform. The candidate should have familiarity with NFR testing components such as Performance/Resiliency testing, should be a quick learner who can effectively engage with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Facilitate the integration of project teams with the NFR testing framework. - Configure setups for efficient project execution and testing processes. - Coordinate various aspects of the NFR testing process, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. - Demonstrate expertise in AWS services like Lambda, EKS, Step Functions, Glue Jobs and Cloudwatch. - Develop and maintain scripts in Python for various automation and integration tasks. - Manage data effectively using SQL and NoSQL databases. - Maintain a basic understanding of ETL, Spark, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Terraform.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Technology Lead or a similar role. - Familiarity with NFR testing components such as Performance and Resiliency Testing - Strong knowledge of AWS services and Python programming. - Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. - Basic understanding of ETL, Spark, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Terraform. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with diverse teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Minimum IT experience: 6+ Years
