Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

12+ years of experience in software engineering or automation engineering roles.

Proven experience architecting enterprise automation solutions.

Strong hands-on experience with automation technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Selenium, Python scripting, or similar tools.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, or similar.

Deep understanding of DevOps concepts, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud automation (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with container platforms and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes.
