Oversee end-to-end automation lifecycle including requirements analysis, planning, execution, deployment, and support.

Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure technical best practices.

Collaborate with DevOps, QA, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate automation into workflows.

Ensure security, compliance, performance, and reliability standards are met within automation designs.

Prepare documentation, architectural diagrams, and technical specifications.

12+ years of professional experience in automation engineering, DevOps, or software development roles.

Proven experience architecting and implementing enterprise automation frameworks and solutions.

Strong expertise in scripting and programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, Java, or Groovy.

Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

Solid experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, UFT, JMeter, or Robot Framework.

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation and management.

Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, or Datadog.
