Job Description :
Must Have Skills: ATG developer, lead enhancements track, release management, customer communication, governance and status reporting , problem and knowledge management process for the applications in scope, technical experts resolve issues that are typically difficult or subtle , participate in management, prioritization, minor enhancements, break fix activities, problem management, stability analysis, etc. Provide RCA for the issues. Should have deep understanding and expertise in ATG/Endeca/Java/J2EE. Should be proactive in nature, identifying problems in advance and looking for continuous service improvement opportunities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with senior executives
