- Utilize user-centered design methodologies to design intuitive and desirable products that incorporates business requirements, customer research findings and user behavior metrics.

- Successfully juggle multiple projects spanning in scale and complexity with hands on experience throughout the process, from user research to implementation with little guidance from supervisors.

- Proficiently produce & deliver comprehensive use cases, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, visual comps, animations, and design specifications.

- Present & iterate design solutions and give thoughtful consideration to feedback incorporating your learnings into subsequent iterations of design.

- Advocate for users in fast-pace agile environment with the goal of maintaining a high design quality while meeting business needs and honoring technical capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Associate User Experience (UX) designer to support current and next generation design of our multi-platform entertainment experiences.

1) User Experience Design working with UX leads, business, product, and engineers to develop high quality user-centered solutions.

2) Collaboration and creative brainstorming, ideation, rapid-prototyping, and other problem-solving with user experience and graphic designers, engineers, and other stakeholders on multiple projects. This includes strong collaboration and alignment with teams responsible for online and mobile experiences to ensure customers' needs are met across all media.

3) Documentation and delivery and/or contributing to create briefs, user scenarios and storyboards, text strings, flow charts, annotated wireframes, and other documentation that defines the user experience and providing direction to technical writers creating specification documents.

4) Works closely with our internal user researchers to support usability and focus group test plans as well as prototype support (paper or interactive prototypes, as appropriate).

5) Will serve as user advocate supporting features and products throughout the project lifecycle ensuring the best experience implemented. Includes software development support, reviews, and presentations, ensuring high quality and deadlines are met.
