Technical Skills:
2+ Years of exp in conceptual familiarity with information architecture, multi-step and cross-platform flows.
Considers potential states (errors, successes, dead ends) in their work.
Familiar with usability heuristics
Familiar with accessibility best practices
Familiar with common interaction and navigation patterns
Understands the basic ideas of product & business thinking
Employs design tools to solve and communicate user flows, interaction and motion.
Primary Skills Needed: CAD, 3D Paint, sketching, diagramming, interface design tools or native prototyping Tools
Preferred Skills: Software Testing, Java
General Skills:
Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Looks to cross-functional team and manager to define what qualitative and quantitative data will be important in their work.
Deadlines and deliverables set by more senior peers

Qualification:
Somebody who has at least 2+ years of work experience in software development.
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
