Associate Director Product Management
Location: Atlanta Georgia (Remote till Covid-19)
Duration: Long term
Project Overview: Working with the Bridgestone team to support the Commerce strategy starting with the new Pricing API, but likely extend to Fitment and Service API’s. Once the backlog has been created and groomed, work with the team to move these requirements into existing DEV path, especially managing the API layer holistically.
Job Summary: Project: This project is an implementation of an Enterprise Digital Asset Management system using Adobe Assets. The project will start with stakeholder interviews across up to 25 groups/departments within the client’s business to establish asset management requirements. Then from that an enterprise design will be defined, implemented and tested. Finally the first department will be onboarded onto the platform as a pilot.
o Experience with Adobe Assets (familiarity with product features, capabilities and hands on experience with authoring interface, tools etc
o Experience with facilitating stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions
o Ability to map requirements to product capabilities (Adobe Assets specific)
As far as the job description, I think something more towards a “business analyst” would be a better description of what this role requires. It’s not a typical product manager role where the person is managing a product backlog. They’re supporting the requirements definition, design process and then supporting the implementation team through the implementation of those requirements through final verification.
