Pay Range: $24/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Quality Control/Audits/ Audit DMV paperwork to ensure it is accurate and complete.
  • Strong data entry skills, specifically in Windows and IOS environments
  • Ability to identify, document, track, and monitor problems/issues to a timely resolution.
  • Image documents for electronic filing
  • Ensure clients are contacted as appropriate regarding missing documents and/or errors.
  • A high level of attention to detail and results-driven
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service/focus
  • Problem-solving ability
  • BPA Docs and fingerprinting are required.
