Description

Responsibilities

System and Application Support and Administration:

- Serve as the face of IT to the company, professionally and courteously interacting with Aspire employees to triage and support all requests and incidents reported through Aspire s ticketing system
- Drive resolution of support requests to maintain compliance with response and resolution times
- Provide support for the Microsoft operating systems deployed to Aspire employee systems, including Windows 7, 8, and 10
- Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 and associated applications
- Provide support for back office applications used by corporate employees including secure faxing, secure email, and other systems as applicable
- Support and manage the imaging systems used to facilitate the deployment and support of end user PC s, mobile devices, back office servers, and telephony hardware
- Support and manage telephony solutions to including mobile phones and phone system
- Support and maintain networking infrastructure and communication gear
- Support Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure including provisioning of accounts, troubleshooting of Group Policy issues, DHCP and DNS
- Create and manage user accounts in applications such as Salesforce, secure fax, secure email, and others as required, in accordance with Aspire s onboarding policies and procedures
- Professionally and courteously interact with Aspire s vendors and customers as required
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the company s internal technology processes ensuring compliance with customer expectations and applicable laws and regulations for privacy, security, and social responsibility.
- Provide timely updates and reports on all support issues using the Aspire incident response system
- Available for on call and support issues, nights weekends holidays, based on a rotating schedule.


Qualifications:

Knowledge Experience

- The ideal candidate for this role will have in depth experience and knowledge of desktop hardware, operating systems, and related applications
- Experience with the operation and administration of systems required to deploy, support, and manage end user hardware devices to include desktops, Chromebooks, mobile PC s, smartphones, and tablets
- 4 years experience in supporting corporate infrastructure systems including equipment and applications
- 4 years experience in healthcare IT preferred
- Experience provisioning and supporting mobile phones
- Operations experience in a production environment including product support, issue incident management and resolution
- Analytical and problem solving skills - Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
- Ability to discern user requirements and translate them into solutions to provide high level of support
- Maintenance of back office and remote communications solutions including network and telephony systems
- Ability to configure and support multiple hardware platforms, including PC s and servers
- Familiarity with Microsoft server software, including Active Directory sub systems
- Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems for mobile devices
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts, TCP IP, DNS, DHCP
- Understanding of information security vulnerabilities and risk management
- Understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST, and other healthcare compliance requirements and their application to technology and product support
