Detailed JD:
Responsible for Service Now Updates
• Assist and update data in Service Now
• Excellent knowledge of Asset Management processes
• Coordinate with vendors on process adherence and for data collation
• Manage process documentation
• Perform data retrieval based on request
• Responsible for coordination and update of inventory in case of new site opening
• Facilitate POS and other equipment returns
• Provide short training on devices to appliable teams/individuals on need basis
Knowledge of below is required
• Knowledge of Service Now is a Must
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Knowledge of 1010 Data and Smartsheets
• Good understanding of the following:
o IT Asset Management Processes
o IT Service Management Processes
o IT Lifecycle Management Processes
