Job Description:
**We are looking for someone with 10-15 years of experience in software development and architecture.**
Responsible for leading system and solution design efforts for complex high-dollar business and IT initiatives. Leads assessment and develop recommendations that will establish enterprise technology platforms and design patterns. Evaluates and selects from existing and emerging technologies those options best fitting business/project needs. Sets designs and the direction of the technical platform. Collects and organizes project and enterprise requirements into technical requirements by aligning all efforts under corporate IT strategic initiatives. Leads activities related to research, requirements gathering, modeling, visualization and communication of IT solution for a specific project or technology space. Initiates checkpoints with projects, conduct reviews of solutions and patterns and communicate decisions made within architecture along with recommendations on how to implement the Enterprise Architectural directions. Applies enterprise architecture standards, classifications, and agreed upon patters to both project and enterprise solutions. Defines technical system solution required to implement the proposed design. Develops standards for the specific technology and define reference architecture for the product that can be reused as building blocks for other solutions. Provides subject matter expertise for a specific technology/function to lead system integration efforts, troubleshoot implementation issues, and develop/maintain technology strategy and roadmap direction. Participates as a change agent to implement new strategic directions and technology decisions. Maintains awareness of emerging technology and software trends as well as infrastructure tool sets of at least one technology or function domain Performs evaluation and develop recommendations for new selection and purchase decisions. Facilitates requirements meetings, solution design analysis, and solution design for IT architecture projects; translates requirements into technology components to best solve the business requirement. Completes multiple phases of current and long-term strategic goal assessment to develop operational system requirements. Models existing state and desired state system functionality. Documents necessary changes to existing infrastructure and system configuration to support strategic goals. Analyzes data on existing processes to identify system conflicts, roadblocks, and bottlenecks. Provides expertise in application and network integration. Makes IT and/or business process improvement recommendations to senior level associates and managers. Develops and maintains positive relationships with other functions and between IT disciplines to effectively guide the development of cutting-edge IT architecture. Maintains expertise in emerging technology and software trends as well as infrastructure tool sets. Performs moderately complex cost/benefit analysis when investigating purchase and development decisions. Consider multiple, varied alternatives and recommends the appropriate solution based on solution and cost/benefit analysis. Helps to develops project budgets. Develops and executes pilot and or proof of concept activities to validate technical solution recommendation.

o Applies enterprise architecture standards including styles, stacks, and patterns and applies them effectively.
o Develops project solution designs to meet business and technical requirements.
o Defines reference architectures aligned with IT technology standards to be reused as building blocks for other solutions.
o Leads and facilitates technical analysis, solution design, and technology domain sessions to drive optimum IT solutions.
o Maintains awareness of emerging technologies, software trends, and tools.
o Considers multiple, varied alternatives and recommends appropriate solutions based on cost/benefit analysis.
o Facilitates and supports execution of pilot and or proof of concept activities to validate technology capabilities and technical solution.
o Collaborates with project teams to understand requested capabilities and recommends the right set of technologies to meet the needs.
