Requirement: Enterprise Architect
Initially remote then onsite due to covid 19 crises

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or similar field or 9+ years of equivalent work experience
• 5 – 7 years IT architecture experience including architecture modeling, design, deployment, infrastructure planning and optimization
• 3 - 5 years of experience on Medicaid or Major Health Care Payer Projects
• 2 – 4 years of experience working on large multi-vendor projects or teams
• Experience with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) 3.0 including the maturity matrix and the Seven Conditions and Standards
• Working knowledge of Medicaid Transformation Initiative
• Candidates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with rules management systems and business process modeling
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare programs (i.e., Medicaid, CHIP, TANF) and related eligibility/enrolment principles, and Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) principles including payer and plan data management, claims and encounter data
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exposure to health care or human services industry domain
• Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success
• Strong interpersonal skills to build client rapport and develop/discipline/reward employees
