Job Title : ArcGIS Support Analyst
Location : Remote
Duration: 6 + months
About the job:-
We are seeking a Senior GIS Support Analyst on a long-term contracting basis
Assignment:-
- Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.
- Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, ASP.NET (C#).
- Support Client Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.
- Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
- System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
- Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
- Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA
- Support hours shift: Be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekend on a rotational base.
Required Skills/Experience:-
- 5-10 years of experiences of administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications
- 5-10 years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications, ArcGIS Developer, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcMap,
- Development and coding experiences using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, .Net (C#).
- Experiences in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
- System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
- Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
- Ability to Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc
- Ability to understand requirements and support team and share best practices/lessons learnt.
- Provide status of the tickets to the client SME.
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution for issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications.
- Account administration/troubleshooting administration and testing of Enterprise GIS and Database Projects
Preferred Skills:-
- Utility Experience (Plus): Leverage utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions and contribute to industry-specific initiatives
- Windows servers knowledge and experience
- FME Experience: Work closely with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
