Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AR/VR Developer with over 12 years of hands-on experience in developing immersive augmented and virtual reality applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D graphics, interactive design, and AR/VR platforms, and be capable of delivering high-quality, innovative solutions for both enterprise and consumer applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AR and VR applications using industry-standard tools and platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and product managers to create engaging and interactive experiences.

Optimize applications for performance, usability, and scalability across various AR/VR devices.

Integrate 3D models, animations, and spatial audio into AR/VR environments.

Stay current with emerging AR/VR technologies, tools, and best practices, and apply them to projects.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and deployment.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

12+ years of professional experience in AR/VR development or related fields.

Proficiency with AR/VR development platforms such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Vuforia, ARKit, or ARCore.

Strong knowledge of 3D graphics programming, shaders, and physics simulation.

Experience with C#, C++, or other relevant programming languages.

Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles for immersive experiences.

Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation tools (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) is a plus.
